Hi!

This is the first image in a story i'm working on. I'll be posting more environments, characters, vehicles etc in my cg portfolio & forums soon.

Anyway with this image I wanted to capture the feeling of a high tech mountain base/city where the elite class has now settled.
Beneath the clouds live the oppressed lowlanders who have to live in the pollution & waste created, and then dumped, by the 'elite' race in a bid to keep their mountain haven pure.
